At Essence Catering Perth, we aim to make your event planning easy and stress-free by offering reliable and timely catering delivery services. Please read the following delivery policy to understand how we operate and what to expect on the day of your event.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across Perth and surrounding suburbs. If your event is outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us to discuss availability and any additional travel fees.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are scheduled based on your event requirements and availability. We aim to deliver within a 45-minute window prior to your requested time. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary depending on the location and order size. Any applicable delivery charges will be included in your quote.

Minimum Orders

A minimum spend may apply for delivery orders, depending on your location and event needs. We will confirm this at the time of quoting.

Set-Up & Drop-Off

Unless otherwise arranged, all delivered catering is drop-off only. Our team will deliver your order in disposable or ready-to-serve packaging. If you’ve selected a full-service package, our team will also assist with set-up, styling, and on-site service as outlined in your booking.

Responsibility After Delivery

Once your order has been delivered and accepted, we are no longer responsible for the condition of the food or any loss or damage that may occur. Please ensure food is stored safely and served within recommended timeframes.

Changes & Cancellations

Delivery details must be finalised at least 7 days prior to your event. Changes after this point may not be guaranteed. For cancellation terms, please refer to our Terms & Conditions page.
